How to File TDS Quarterly Returns?

Step 1:

Download the Applicable TDS returns sheets (24Q,26Q,27Q etc.) and Deductor Details Sheet available on the following and fill it up. All columns in Green are mandatory in deductor details sheet and those details have to be provided for us to process the returns. We advice to you refer sample excel sheet before to fill up detail in download TDS sheet.


Step 2:

Pay the amount towards TDS return filing to the following Bank Accounts either through NEFT/online transfer or Cheque/DD

For Cheque/DD:
Cheques / DD's Should be in favour of "Ravindra J.Patel"
If you send Cheques/DD to us we send "Business Relpy Envelope" at your Institution address if you provided your full Address. When you Receive the Envelope then insert the Cheque into Envelope and drop off it to any nearest post office letter box without any postage stamp required.


Kindly note the TDS returns will only be processed once the cheques are cleared.

Step 3:

Mail the Filled both TDS and Deductor Details Sheet along with TDS paid challan details and payment of fees details to,

Step 4:

We shall prepare the TDS return and mail the Form 27A back to you with in 5 working days ,which you need to sign/seal and send us the scanned copy.

Step 5:

We shall send you the TDS return filing Acknowledgement copy once you send us the signed form 27A. Please note all fee paid is non- refundable and the returns are prepared based only on the information provided to us. Complete Information is to be provided at least 10 working days in advance to ensure timely filing of returns.
